Courte description

Le Dr Steffen Raub est Professeur Ordinaire de comportement organisationnel à l'EHL, où il a occupé les postes de doyen associé, vice-doyen et doyen intérimaire. Avant de rejoindre l'EHL, il a fait partie des facultés de l'Institut asiatique de technologie à Bangkok en Thaïlande, à la HEC de Genève et la HEC de Lausanne. Il a également été Professeur invité à la Kenan-Flagler Business School de l'Université de Caroline du Nord (Chapel Hill), et Professeur Associé invité à la National University of Singapore.


Les recherches de Steffen se concentrent sur les comportements de service proactifs, le comportement de citoyenneté organisationnelle, l'autonomisation et la durabilité/responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise. Ses recherches ont paru dans des revues prestigieuses, dont le Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, Work & Stress, ainsi que le Cornell Hospitality Quarterly et l'International Journal of Hospitality Management. Steffen est également co-auteur d'un best-seller sur la gestion des connaissances.
