Short Bio

Mrs Sophie L'Hostis is a Senior Lecturer, she has been delivering courses in rooms division (housekeeping) to students in the preparatory year at EHL since 2013. With over 15 years of experience teaching practical classes in international hotel schools, such as Ecole hôtelière de Biarritz, Ecole hôtelière du Val de Loire et Ecole hôtelière de Tahiti, Sophie brings extensive knowledge of rooms division management, restaurant management, and human resources for the hospitality sector.

Coming from a professional background in large corporate hotel chains such as ACCOR and the Intercontinental  Group, Sophie transmits the high standards and rigorous procedures that students need in order to successfully oversee rooms division operations and management.
