Courte description
Dr Sébastien Fernandez a commencé à enseigner à l'EHL en 2011. Il est titulaire d'une lience en psychologie obtenue à l'Université de Lausanne et d'un doctorat en psychologie différentielle de l'Université de Genève. Il a notamment travaillé en tant que psychologue chargé des évaluations psychologiques pour les aspirants officiers dans le cadre de l'armée suisse. Il s'intéresse à aider les managers à mettre en place des processus de sélection et de management basée sur l'évidence scientifique en la matière.
