Short Bio

Roberto started his bartender career in his brother’s bar while he was still studying to become an electrician. Immediately after the army, he worked a Relais&Chateaux in northern Italy. He then moved to England, France and Spain before arriving in Switzerland.


Before joining the EHL, he worked as a bar manager at the four seasons Hotel des Bergues and the Intercontinental in Geneva. At the beginning of 2021, he obtains the “Brevet fédéral de formateur” and then is promoted “Lecturer - Practical Arts” from September 2021. Passionate about the beverage industry, he is a specialist in mixology and coffee.
