Biographie

Mit mehr als 20 Jahren internationaler Lehrerfahrung ist Dr. Laura Zizka seit 2002 Fakultätsmitglied an der EHL. Als Assistenzprofessorin unterrichtet sie akademisches Schreiben und strategische Krisenkommunikation für Studenten und Absolventen und betreut studentische Geschäftsprojekte und Abschlussarbeiten. Ihre Lehrphilosophie dreht sich um lebenslanges Lernen, die Anwendung übertragbarer "weicher" Fähigkeiten und positiven sozialen Wandel.


Dr. Zizka ist Vorsitzende der Prüfungskommission und Peer Pedagogical Coach. Sie leitet Seminare und Workshops mit Studierenden und Mitarbeitern zu Lehr- und Lernthemen. Dr. Zizka ist Mitglied des Swiss Faculty Development Network (SFDN), der British Academy of Management (BAM) und der Academy of Management (AOM). Sie hat auf internationalen Konferenzen Vorträge gehalten und ist als Gutachterin für mehrere renommierte akademische Fachzeitschriften tätig.
