Short Bio
Nicolas Sarver trained as a hotelier at the Lycée d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme in St-Quentin en Yvelines, specialising in Management, Marketing and Customer Service.
He worked for international hotel chains for 20 years in France, Switzerland and the Middle East. After gaining experience in quality audit firms specialising in the hotel and restaurant industry and in service companies, he returned to his core business, accommodation. As he progressed from receptionist to Front Office Operations Manager, he acquired the know-how and interpersonal skills recognised by his teams and customers. He then joined an employment agency specialising in the hotel and catering sector, recruiting temporary and permanent catering and accommodation staff for Geneva's luxury hotels.
His experience in various fields has given him a taste for excellence and a global vision of the hotel industry. Attracted by the idea of passing on and sharing experiences, in September 2020 he turned to education and joined the team of Lecturers in Practical Arts for Hospitality at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
