Short Bio

Amandine Pastourel joined EHL in 2024 as a Lecturer in Practical Arts and serves as the Head Sommelier at Le Berceau des Sens, EHL's Michelin-starred educational restaurant. She brings over a decade of expertise in the wine and spirits industry, specializing in wine tasting, selection, and pairing.


Previously, Amandine was the Chief Sommelier at La Dame de Pic in Paris, where she led the sommelier team for nearly six years. Her career also includes roles at prestigious establishments such as Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, Restaurant Spring, and La Bourse et la Vie, reflecting her extensive experience in wine curation and service excellence.


Amandine holds a Brevet Professionnel (BP) in Sommellerie from Lycée Albert Bayet and a BTS in Sommellerie and Restaurant Management from Lycée Hôtelier Alexandre Dumas.
