Short Bio
Avril left her hometown Hong Kong to a Les Roches hotel school in Switzerland to complete her studies after high school. After the first internship in Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, she discovered her passion in pastry.
When she finished her study in Switzerland, she then went to Ferrandi school in Paris to pursuit her sweet dream. After getting her CAP diploma in pastry, she worked in various famous establishments in Paris, Le Meurice, George V, Dalloyau, etc for 10 years.
In 2018, she had the opportunity to go back to Les Roches as a pastry sous chef to assist the pastry class as well as the production for the school, she then started the journey of transmitting her pastry knowledge to the students.
To take a step up, she joins EHL as a lecturer in 2022 and continue to pass her passion in pastry to the new generations.
