Biographie

Sébastien Fernandez besitzt einen Doktortitel und ist seit 2011 außerordentlicher Professor für Organisationsverhalten an der EHL. Er erwarb seinen BSc und MSc in Psychologie an der Universität Lausanne und promovierte in Differentieller Psychologie an der Universität Genf. Er arbeitete fünf Jahre lang in der Schweizer Armee, wo er für die Beurteilung der Offiziersanwärter zuständig war. Er unterrichtete Kurse in menschlichem Verhalten und Leistung, Talentbewertung, Psychologie und zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen.


Sébastien möchte dem Gastgewerbe und den Führungskräften von morgen helfen, die psychologischen Kräfte zu berücksichtigen, die zu hohen Leistungen in organisatorischen Umgebungen mobilisieren können. Des Weiteren möchte er den Führungskräften auch dabei helfen, Entscheidungen (wie z. B. Talententscheidungen) anhand von evidenzbasierten und innovativen Ansätzen aus dem Bereich der Organisationspsychologie zu treffen.
