Short Bio

Dr Frédéric Delley has international experience working in startups and multinational companies in the fields of high technology and brand management. After completing his Master's in Data Communication Systems at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in 1998, Dr Delley moved to Silicon Valley where he worked as a software engineer for Intel Corporation and Cisco Systems as well as participated in the development of several software startups.


In 2007, he obtained his MBA with honors from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (USA). Soon after, he joined Procter&Gamble in its Geneva headquarters to work in brand management. In 2009, Dr Delley came to the EHL to lead the creation and development of its business incubator. In 2018, he obtained a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Cranfield University's School of Management in the U.K. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at EHL where he teaches a course on Innovation Management and supervises Bachelor industry projects.
