He has held various roles in the hospitality industry, such as maître d’hôtel, chef de rang, chef du service, and pâtissier. He has worked in renominated hotels in Switzerland, France, Spain, Ireland, Poland, and the United States. He has a master’s degree in tourism and recreation, a postgraduate degree in project management, and a certificate as a trainer in enterprise.
