Short Bio
Nicolas Moret is a passionate expert in the art of pastry and bakery making, bringing over a decade of experience to his role as Lecturer in Practical Arts at EHL Lausanne Campus. Since 2022, Nicolas has inspired students with his deep knowledge of artisanal techniques and innovative approaches to bread and pastry production.
Prior to his teaching role, Nicolas honed his craft as a Chef Boulanger aboard PONANT luxury cruises and as a baker at renowned establishments such as Boulangerie Gaillard et Fils and Taillens SA in Switzerland. He holds a Brevet Professionnel in Arts Boulangers et Pâtissiers from the Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie, as well as a CFC in Bakery and Pastry from the Centre Formation Professionnelle.
