With over a decade of experience in hospitality and gastronomy, he has honed his expertise in service excellence, team management, and restaurant operations.
Aurélien’s career includes roles such as Maître d’Hôtel at Auberge de la Croix Fédérale and Assistant Maître d’Hôtel at the Lausanne Palace. He has also gained international experience at establishments like Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley in London and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. His background combines front-of-house service mastery with operational leadership.
Aurélien holds a BTS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management with a focus on Marketing and Management from Lycée Paul Augier. His hands-on teaching approach inspires students to integrate culinary artistry with operational efficiency.
