Madafi Long Pierre is a versatile educator, writer, and multimedia artist with over two decades of experience in multimedia communication, education, and project management. As a Lecturer in Practical Arts at EHL Lausanne Campus, she teaches Introduction to Business Communication (C1) and English Advancement, leveraging her extensive background in business, communication, and linguistics.
Born in Miami, Florida, Madafi grew up immersed in the arts and culture of both the United States and Switzerland. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies and Business Law from the State University of New York Empire State College. Her professional career spans roles in educational leadership, academic instruction, and documentary filmmaking, reflecting her diverse expertise.
Madafi has taught at prestigious institutions, including the University of Bern, Zurich, and Lausanne, where she focused on American English's social, cultural, and academic evolution. Her creative endeavors include publishing books available in the US and the Caribbean and directing the documentary "Cibbie, A Celebration of Life."
