Short Bio
Pedro Klingenfuss is a passionate culinary expert and educator, bringing his diverse international experience to his role as Lecturer in Practical Arts at EHL Lausanne Campus. Since joining in 2022, Pedro has specialized in teaching Events Catering and Operations Management Catering, focusing on delivering exceptional culinary experiences through effective planning, creativity, and leadership.
Originally from Brazil, Pedro holds a Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland and a degree in Gastronomy from Centro Universitário IBMR. His career spans prestigious establishments, including the Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne, Domaine de Châteauvieux, and Hotel Royal Savoy Lausanne. Before EHL, he also served as a Sous Chef and Kitchen Instructor at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, where he oversaw multiple restaurant operations and student workshops.
Pedro is fluent in Portuguese, English, and French, and brings a multicultural perspective to his teaching, emphasizing culinary artistry, operational excellence, and student development.
