Thomas Guichard is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in event catering and fine dining. As a Visiting Lecturer in Practical Arts at EHL Lausanne Campus since 2021, Thomas teaches Events Catering and Operations Management and Catering, combining his expertise in large-scale event coordination with culinary excellence.
Thomas brings over two decades of experience from prestigious establishments such as the Ritz Paris, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Michelin-starred restaurants like L'Ambroisie and Pavillon Ledoyen. His roles have ranged from Sous Chef to Chef de Cuisine Banquet, with a focus on high-end event catering, team management, and menu innovation.
Thomas trained at the renowned École Ferrandi in Paris, earning his CAP-BEP in Cuisine. His career highlights include leading culinary teams for international banquets and overseeing bespoke dining experiences for elite clientele.
