Short Bio

Mrs Virginie Brose Herbinet is a Senior Lecturer at EHL and an alumna of EHL’s bachelor’s degree program (1999). At EHL since 2016, she is teaching hospitality courses in the Preparatory Year of the bachelor’s degree program and in the bachelor's degree program. Virginie has several years of experience in the hospitality industry from working in Switzerland, Cyprus, and France, within the Marriott International group where she evolved as Executive Assistant to the Cluster General Manager France. She is a certified Teacher with experience from the Lycée des Métiers d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Val de Loire in Blois (France) where she worked for several years teaching students from the Baccalauréat to the two-year superior technical degree (BTS) level.


Since her return at EHL she is actively involved in the creation of new courses: spa management, housekeeping virtual reality and rooms division courses for VET (Vocational Education&Training) by EHL - hands-on vocational skills to students in the hotel and restaurant industry worldwide, granted by a Professional Diploma.Virginie is passionate about rooms division management and is committed to sharing her passion and knowledge with new generations of hoteliers, linking topics dealt in course with the real world.
