Short Bio
After ten years of service experience in the luxury bars of various hotels, from Paris to Oxford to Australia, Mr Stéphane Bouchet-Dulas realised that training is an important aspect of successful high quality service. That is why he decided to reorientate himself towards the training of students at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
Today he holds a Federal Certificate of Adult Education and is currently a Lecturer - Practical Arts, training students in beverage service and best practices in mixology. He also teaches in the classroom about the world of spirits which is an added bonus in the education of our students. For Mr Bouchet-Dulas, it's more than a job, it's a passion that he love to share. It is an expertise that requires excellent know-how, communication skills and also the ability to pass on this knowledge.
