Short Bio
Roberto's career began at his brother's bar, sparking a passion for hospitality while studying to become an electrician. After military service, he joined Relais & Châteaux in Italy and later worked in England, France, and Spain before settling in Switzerland.
Before joining EHL, he managed bars at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues and the Intercontinental Geneva. In 2021, he obtained the Brevet fédéral de formateur and was promoted to Lecturer - Practical Arts.
Focused on developing the coffee segment, Roberto recently became an SCA Authorized Trainer, contributing to enhancing EHL’s coffee education for students. His expertise in mixology and coffee underscores his dedication to quality, innovation, and preparing future industry professionals.
