Short Bio
Pierre Baron is a dedicated hospitality professional with expertise in F&B operations and mixology. Since 2022, he has served as a Lecturer in Practical Arts at EHL Lausanne Campus, where he teaches Fundamentals of F&B Operations and Mixology, combining technical skills with creative artistry.
With over a decade of experience in restaurant management and bar operations, Pierre has cultivated a deep understanding of beverage service, bar innovation, and team leadership. Prior to EHL, he worked as a Chef de Bar, overseeing bar operations and crafting exceptional guest experiences.
Pierre holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) in Restaurant and Culinary Management from LP/LT Notre Dame de Nazareth, and his approach to teaching emphasizes practical excellence and innovation in beverage services.
